After 2 weeks of prepping and painting, there were many issues with the job. Paint chips left throughout the property even after multiple requests to clean up. Flowers destroyed and debris left for me to clean up. Multiple requests to correct paint issues and his response is: Don't worry I take care of it. When he claimed his was done, I inspected and found items not completed even after multiple requests. Today, after 4 days, I am still cleaning up the mess. I made a mistake of paying him, but I was at my end dealing with him and promises to finish to a satisfactory level. I don't recommend his services unless you are willing to be there supervising 100 percent of the time. Also, his crew broke many Spanish style roofing tile which I am having to hire a roofer to repair the remaining he claimed to replace. My roofing repair job is now $750. Friends suggest filing a complaint with the contractors board.
