I have to say, Prestige Plumbing gets 5 Stars in my book!! My husband & I have had Nick, the owner of Prestige Plumbing, come to our home, to one of our Son's home & to my parents home, to work on some plumbing projects over the past few years. We were So Impressed with his work ethics, his workmanship & him, as a fellow human being..one of the nicest guys you could have the pleasure of meeting. What really prompted me to write this Today was, I just hung up the phone with my Mom, (80 Years young). My parents had rusty water & stuff backing up into their front bathroom tub, toilet & sink!! Their house is 40 years old & they needed their entire cast iron plumbing pipes under their house replaced, as soon as possible!!! Well Nick to the rescue!!! :D



He asked them if they wanted to check with their homeowners insurance company first, being this was a good sized job. He told them, 'that's what you've paid premiums for all these years for, instead of it coming out of your own account.' He wrote up a proposal, sat down with them, went over everything with them, explaining it all. My parents gave him a deposit & Nick started the work right away. (Well, Unfortunately their insurance didn't cover 'normal wear & tear' but fortunately the price quoted was still a good price). One of the things that touched my heart about Nick was, when he finished everything underneath the house, cleaned up, came inside, re-installed the toilet, picked up his tools for the bathroom to be clear, the bathtub was messy from when the rust stuff backed up in the tub still. Nick asked my Mom, "Can I ask you, do you have someone that comes in to clean your home that will take care of the mess in the bathtub?" My Mom snickered & replied, "No, I'll have to take care of cleaning that up myself." So Nick said, "Oh no, you don't have to worry about doing that, (keeping in mind she's 80), I'll take care of cleaning it up for you." When she told me that, my heart swelled in my chest & I said, "Well Bless his heart..that's Nick!"



I can't possibly say enough about Nick & the trustworthy, personable, professional individual he is. I would recommend him to ANYONE who will listen!! Thanks Nick!!
