BUYER BEWARE!!! If you make any agreements with this company, make sure you GET IT IN WRITING! I learned this the hard way. You cannot trust any verbal agreements. If you can find another company to do business with, I would suggest it!

I had several questions about products to use on my concrete floors. I called the 800 number and Scott answered the phone. He was very informative about his product and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I thanked him for his time.....about 20 minutes....and did not place and order with him. Later in the day....I called back and placed my order. He made sure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed to complete the job. Surprisingly, he got the producted mixed and sent out that day. I am very please with what I received and his help over the phone saved me about $400.

I would order from this company again.....in fact... I have ordered again.

This is a horrible company to deal with. From the poor customer service to the inept ownership/ management team you will receive sub par service, blame shifting, late orders, unbelievable excuses and complete lack of support from Progressive fasteners on their commodity products. Keep looking for another vendor, you CAN'T do worse!
