I have been trying to get a cane for my dad since the last 2 months. I almost came in 10 times ! And each time i come the receptionist lady would try to blame someone for not doing their work.

They would never update you with anything and would pretend to work on your file, if you physically visit them.

I have never been so frustrated while waiting for medical equipment ! If you want to see what lack of co ordination can do to your business, they are great example!
