Mr. Bayley is the founder, President and CEO of SPExpress. Prior to founding SPExpress, Mr. Bayley was co-founder and CFO of PrimeSource Healthcare, a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty medical products in the United States. As CFO, Mr. Bayley successfully completed a number of debt and equity offerings and negotiated, acquired and integrated 11 strategic acquisitions including a reverse merger with a public company. Prior to PrimeSource, Mr. Bayley was a Vice President with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. He spent a number of years in Chase's Merchant Banking and Private Equity Investment Divisions where he helped manage several of the bank's portfolio companies.Mr. Bayley was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and graduated with honors from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in geological engineering. Ms. Roberts oversees the company's Finance and Human Resources activities and works out of the corporate headquarters located in Tucson, Arizona.Ms. Roberts has over 10 years of experience in distribution for manufacturers. During that time, her experience has covered corporate finance, human resources and information technology with an emphasis in improving systems and their connectivity. Prior to joining SPExpress, Ms. Roberts served as Controller of Pratt & Larson Ceramics, a Portland, Oregon based manufacturer and distributer of handmade Ceramic tile. Prior to joining Pratt & Larson, she served as Controller of Tommy Boy Music a record label and joint-venture of AOL Time Warner in New York, New York. In addition, she held various accounting positions with the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.Ms. Roberts was born and raised in Walled Lake, Michigan and graduated with honors from Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Robert oversees the company's day-to-day operations including ; warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, order management, call center, client services and the information technology divisions for the company.Robert has an extensive background in Direct Marketing Operations and brings 20 plus years of industry experience to SPExpress. Robert began his career in IT with NatWest in New York City, then served as Director of Distribution and Fulfillment for Publishers Clearing House ( PCH ) in New York. While at PCH, Robert had direct responsibility for multiple DC's and the order management and fulfillment of 90, 000 customer orders per day.More recently, Robert served as VP of Operations for National Consumer Marketing in New York City and Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings in Canton, Ohio Both companies solicit consumers with a variety of products and services via a combination of print, direct mail, TV, package inserts, e-commerce and retail promotions. Robert brings with him a unique skill set in that in addition to his Operations experience, Robert has led several multi-million dollar Direct Mail Continuity Club Programs and is an industry expert in database mining and attrition analysis.Robert earned his degree in Computer Science
