Summit Intermediate School offers academic and athletic programs for approximately 900 students in grades six through eight. The school s core curriculum includes math, science, language arts, social studies and English. It also provides classes in physical education, music and art. Summit Intermediate School s parent-teacher-student association organizes various extracurricular activities and guidance sessions. The school additionally offers a community card fundraiser program. Its library houses a variety of textbooks, reference materials, dictionaries, encyclopedias, atlases and newspapers.
