Just visited this CBTL location in Rancho Cucamonga, bought a gift certificate (big mistake) ordered a small cup of coffee but charged for a medium size. Asked for some soy milk for the coffee, the sales girl Jessica demand extra charge for it. Says she, if I spent a min of $25 on gift certificate will give free cup of coffee, wondered would that be medium or small size(?) The place becomes stingy, contradict to what I used to know, as a frequent customer in LA metro area, or things has changed...
