My family & I have dined at AR for many years now, & have always had a good experience (most of the time). The food is good (yet overpriced) & the ambiance is great. We even had my daughter's graduation dinner there spending well over $800 easy!

Recently we took some out if town guest there for dinner thinking it would be perfect for a special evening out. Wow, were we wrong!!! As soon as we walked through the door the gentleman standing there just looked at us as if we didn't belong. Our friends are Hispanic (as are we) and he had us wait for 15 minutes before we were seated! Once our table was offered to us, they put us right by the kitchen area the loudest place in the restaurant! When I asked if we could have another table the owner looked @ me like I was a bother & said something under his breath to one of his waiters.

After waiting for so long for a table, then being sat in a horrible area, & then being treated the way we were needless to say we left w/o eating. What a shame!!!

We've spent good money at this restaurant over the years & live less than a mile away from the estsblishment, they have now LOST OUR BUSINESS FOR GOOD!!!
I think "management" needs to be educated on how to deal with people and to listen to the CUSTOMER!! I have read other reviews & wasn't surprised to read about how management treated them!!

I will miss the "good" people that work there but I REFUSE to spend another dime at a place that disrespects good paying customers like us because of our ethnicity!! Our friends called the restaurant later to complain but only to be brushed off & hung up on. No apology or concern from the owner!!!
