Provided by YP.comI have had the worst experience with Postal Max ETC.
1. The overcharged me with DHL shipping, well above the prescribed rates per their agreement with DHL.
2. They failed to get my packaged delivered. I had to call a DHL representative to arrange for the collection of the package sitting at their location for days.
They charged $476.62 for a small standard envelope. The DHL cost for the delivery of the item was approximately $185.00
Postal Max Etc. placed all the blame on DHL and took no responsibility. They acknowledge they overcharged but refuse to make restitution.
If anyone else has made use of their delivery service, and believe they were overcharged, please contact the Delivery Service Company they have an agreement with [UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS] to inform them of the issue.
No one else should have to go through what I have gone through.
