Provided by YP.comWent for the sizing of a ring from 11.5 to 7.25. Sizing was verified by another jeweler and is incorrect. Ring is now a size 7 and does not fit as intended. Specifically asked to get the gold cut back (about 1cm), was given back scraps (see pics). Petty and unprofessional! Will not return!
