One of the worst experiences with a medical practice. We called made an appointment, they took all the insurance info. Later when they realized they don’t have the opportunity to make more money on the side canceled the appointment unilaterally and didn’t have the decency to call and inform us, I left my job early to take my 76 year old mom with severe pain there and had to go back. Asked to see a manger but they refused. The most unprofessional heath service. Very disappointment to see they put money ahead of patient’s wellbeing
