Santa Margarita Toyota made getting my new truck so easy and fun! Nick Van Der Kooij was an amazing sales person and answered all questions I had. I’m so happy with my end result!

I bought my 2007 RAV 4 from this dealership and have been taking my car to Santa Margarita Toyota for routine and non-routine service ever since it was brand new. I have always been impressed and pleased with their thoroughness and quality. It is easy to make service appointments online. The work needed is explained thoroughly and it is always done when they say. Never have had a problem at this dealership.

They were awesome. Drop off was fast and easy and pick up was as well. They even stayed past closing to help me.

We went through the Costco program and bought a used CPO vehicle for our family. We were so grateful for the kindness of staff! They listened to our needs and didn't try to upscale us or give us a different vehicle. They even allowed me to test drive it home to my wife before we signed on the papers, and also picked up my wife when we needed! They went above and beyond, especially Sanders Woodall! Very friendly salesman there!

Purchased a used Prius and was Directed to exactly what I wanted. A well kept Used Prius that they had just taken in and not advertised yet, so I was directed to this particular Auto, which fit my needs.

The service department is always on top of my regular FJ Cruiser maintenance. I Usually drop my FJ off mid morning, but they always have it completed, wash and ready to go before 5pm. They stay with in the quoted budget or call if they find something needing attention. August Spencer, Asst. Service Manger and Scott Anderson Service Manager are very good to work with!!!

Employs were dishonest with us. One person would say one thing and then go back on what they said. They seem to be more about selling a car then making a customer happy. Bad experience, and will never go back. Don't recommend this dealership to anybody. Go somewhere else.
