I walked in this Shell / Giant to purchase gas and was greeted by....nothing! Three employees were standing at the back register, and not one looked in my direction as they were too busy gabbing away. I waited approx. 30 sec. (I was the only customer in the store) before finally waving my money and saying "hello, I'd like to buy some gas".... At that point they all looked at me, and one of them slowly sauntered over to take my money. When I went back outside I could hear her call me a name, and then she made me wait for a full minute at the pump before turning over the pump so it could be used. No "good morning, how may I help you, or any other pleasantry offered. Absolutely terrible service. Would never recommend doing business here....
