The staff is friendly, efficient, and accomodating. The food is good and consistent. And there is a great looking guy who works. This is the only fried chicken I eat besides what I make at home. I highly recommend it

On 1/1/2015 at approximately 3:15pm, I ordered and paid for a half pan of catfish nuggets ($27.55). I asked for tartar and hot sauce and was begrudgingly given 2 individual sized containers of each in my hand. When I asked for a separate bag to put them in, the guy with the bushy eyebrows serving me, huffed with an attitude when placing them in a bag. I then asked for an additional container of both tartar and hot sauce, only to be told "What do you want, 100 of them? I did good giving you what I gave you. The sauces only come with the dinners". I reminded him that I was a paying customer only to be told "you only bought a half pan of nuggets". I ended the conversation by letting them know they lost a customer because of the disrespect shown to me. I have options on where I spend my money and I will no longer spend my money here.
