When I first arrived at Optical Center, a worker requested that I sign in. I did so. After waiting well over an hour and seeing several other customers who had arrived after me get serviced, I ask an employee why I had not yet been waited on? Found out that the list which was used the previous day had not removed. And it was on that list which I signed. THEN, it was removed and filed away!! Everyone else signed a new list. It was bad enough to have wasted so much of my time. But it was most insulting to be interrogated and challenged as if I was capable of remembering whether I had signed in or not. After that I was too stressed out to get glasses that day. And that incident impacted negatively on the rest of my day.

Cheapest frames you'll find anywhere and LOTS of 'em! Get there EARLY if you go as the selection is huge and you will be there for a while.
