I believe Green Acres is a diamond in the rough. It features intermediate challenges to intermediate golfers as well as newbies. When I played it, the area had been under severe drought conditions so the greens were not at their best. Be that as it may, the course has an interesting layout and was quite suitable as a selection especially with a low greens fee with electric cart. At the time I played it I enjoyed a casual 27 holes (all-day with electric cart, $9.00) Some individuals believe a course has to resemble "Pebble Beach" or courses at Myrtly Beach to beappreciated. I don't agree. Give me a halfway decent conditioned golf course, with interesting layout and no super-demanding golf shots, and that all makes for an enjoyable, repeatable day of golf.
