Rented a Nifty Lift for 5 days for a total of $400.00. First day of using it it stopped working with me suspended 20 ft up, I called Randolph Rentals and they said they were sending someone out to fix it and get me down. I was able to get down with a ladder. I needed the lift and was told i could talk to Chris about a possible refund or some money back, and i continued to try and use the lift. Lift continued to mess up and it had NO SAFETY DEVICES THAT WORKED, I Was unable to get Chris on the phone. When I Returned the lift i was told i could not get any money back because they gave me a discounted rate to begin with, WHICH IS A LIE, it was rented to me at the price quoted over the phone!!!!!! This place has a bunch of junk for rent and they do not stand behind their products!!!!!!!
