Provided by YP.com1 STAR IS TOO MUCH.
Do not bring your pet to this vet office. I'll be very straight forward - the doctor is old and does not have the best eyesight and the office does not have a light, only a window for natural light to come in, the nurse/front desk is not skilled with communicating effectively and they will double charge you to re-visit if they make an error during the first visit. Very poor customer service if anything goes wrong.
I paid $80 to bring my parakeet in for an office visit and nail trimming which was fine but when I got home and realized the doctor had only trimmed one of my bird's feet I made an appointment to go back for the other foot .. once I was done with the second visit she charged me $35 for a service that I had already paid for and the error was clearly on her part! When I mentioned I spoke with the front desk and told her my concern so I don't agree with the price she literally told me " It is what is, pay for the visit and you better not come back here for anything else". JUST WOW.
If you choose to bring your pet here just pray they do it right the first time because you WILL get the short end of the stick if the DR makes an mistakes on your pet.

Provided by YP.comMy dog was extremely ill and Dr. Joan Diebold went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of her (coming in at all times, etc) when we didn't even have appointments. When we finally had to put the dog down, she even sent flowers to me - when have you ever heard of such a thing... Thank you!

Provided by YP.comWe had two dogs (only have one now). He is 17 years old, she was 16 when she left us. Dog's don't typically get to that age without great vet care. Thanks to Dr. Diebold and her staff of professionals. Always available/Always professional/Always caring.

On more than occasion, Dr.Diebold has met me at her office after hours to run tests or deal with feline emergency's. When the situation warranted, she even made house calls! she is attentive, intuitive and skilled diagnostician. she also manages to remember the names and medical histories of each of my 9 cats.

Provided by YP.comI would like to take a few minutes and tell you about my vet, Dr Joan DIebold, located in Randolph MA and her place of business is Compassionate Care Veterinary Center.
The year she opened her doors to all the dog, cats, birds and the finest VMD for treating bunnies and many more of our little friends or in some cases our big friend, this is the veterinary hospital you would want to take your beloved pet which is also a member of your family and get the care that they deserve, I did and I intend to have many and all of my pets be seen by Dr Diebold and her staff.
Let me share a few things with you; I adopted a fairly clear older cat named Milo who became ill and was diagnosed with kidney disease and one of the worst cases of thyroid problems, but Milo got to stay with me for two years and I contribute his time spend with me was because of the excellent care from Dr Diebold and from the staff from compassionate care veterinary center.
The care didn't stop when my Milo went over the rainbow bridge, because when it was my time for me to adopt another cat, Dr Diebold was there and offered to come with me to adopt a new cat and she did, and her name is Shadow. Shadow got too meet her Dr Diebold before she even came home with me. Then Dr gave her a mini physical just so I could have a health cat this time.
Now this was her day off, now how's that for a house call which she does house calls and you'll find that her fees are reasonable and consistent with other animal hospitals. I'm not great with words, but when someone is looking out for a family member and caring for them with love and passion one has to say, Thank you Dr Diebold and your staff.

Provided by YP.comDr Diebold is a fantastic vet. Despite other vets that are located much closer to us, we continue to bring our rabbit to Dr Diebold because of the high standard of care she provides as well as the seriousness with which she treats any issues our pets has. She has stayed late to accommodate us when we come home from work to find our rabbit ill, and she even made a special trip into the office just to meet us on the Sunday of a holiday weekend when i called her cell phone to report a serious symptom our rabbit was showing. We are very grateful that our rabbit is under Dr Diebold's care adn I strongly recommend her to other pet owners.
