I would not recommend this company. They misrepresented their product and would not follow through on repeated attempts to exchange the item. On May 28, 2008 I purchased a battery for my Dell laptop. The listing described the product as a new PA-12 battery for my XPS model number; however, the battery they shipped was in the PA-13 family and weighed twice as much as my PA-12. I emailed and asked for an exchange. They requested more information which was emailed immediately. No response. In early July after numerous email attempts I did a search, found and called their direct number, which is not listed on their website. They apologized saying they had a mixup with email. The rep assured me the batter was compatible with my computer. I insisted on an exchange. The rep promised to email return shipping information but did not follow through. Subsequent calls and emails have not been returned.
