Man who owns the company his name is Bob died 2 years ago since then someone has hijacked the phone number and is pretending to be a taxi service. Caution caution very dangerous person.

How can you be a taxi service and don't answer the phone. I've been calling for two hours no answer, so I went on another number that patch me through to this same horrible taxi company...what Charlestown need is a reliable taxi service, there are two companies here in town and neither one of them are any good...would someone please come and start a taxi company that's reliable...now I got to pick a star even though they do not deserve one

The dude that is driving 3/22/14 at night in their van. Keeps parking in the handicap spot at sheetz and has no handicap placard. As a driver who is in a wheelchair I had to park at the gas pumps just to get out of my car to go into the store. The manager of the gas station told him he couldn't park there and he just ignored her. Very unprofessional would not recommend to anyone to use. I have pictures and video as proof.

Called ahead for a pick up, 2 hours. Never showed.

We just had SUPERLATIVE help & service from John at Community Taxi. I couldn't go to Jeff. Hospital in C-town to pick up my sedated husband, so John drove there & even went inside to sit & wait most kindly while the nurse wheeled my husband down. My husband says the drive home to S-town was marvelous & John was the soul of kindness throughout. 5 STARS! HIGHEST REC's!

We just had SUPERIOR help & service from John at Community Taxi. My husband was finished w/outpatient surgery at Jefferson Hospital in C-town, but I wasn't well enough to go pick him up -- something Outpt. INSISTED upon: they wouldn't let him leave w/out personal assistance, due to his having been fully sedated. John didn't just wait at the hospital door as most cab companies would have done. He very kindly went out of his way to do what the hospital required: i.e., John went inside, & politely asked the Front Desk to notify Outpt. Surgery that a cab was ready to bring my husband home. Then John voluntarily even sat down in the waiting room, so he could be right there in case my husband needed anything when he was wheeled down to 1st Floor! He assisted my husband most kindly throughout the ride home to Shepherdstown, & even said he felt he "already knew me" from our 2 brief conversations on the phone. HURRAH for Community Taxi! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Horribly laste, over an hour to arrive in Harpers Ferry. Then drove 3.4 miles and charged me 38 bucks! Said they charge from when they leave to pick up, and since he got lost I paid for his stupidity. NEVER AGAIN. Beware these thieves

The work truck broke down. I called them from the Sheetz in Charlestown at 1:40am. They never showed up! Even after I called them 2 more times! Had to call my elderly dad to come get me at 3am! Worst taxi service ever!!!

I spoke with the dispatcher this morning and he was sexist and rude when I inquired about possible employment for my husband he was very rude to me. I would not recommend this company.
