I am very particular with my cars and I was heartbroken when my perfect 2010 CRV got a bad dent on the right rear quarter panel. Superior Auto Body came well recommended by several people but I remained skeptical that I would forever notice a hint of damage. Turned out that the body work looks excellent and I cannot see any clue of previous damage. I am very happy with the repair. The people were very nice and helpful. The work was scheduled within a reasonable time and completed as promised and on time. By the way, their estimate was in the middle of the lowest and highest of three estimates. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, the process was painless. They turned what was a bad experience (the damage) into a good experience. I highly recommend! A couple of weeks later, they actually followed up with a phone call to be sure that I was totally satisfied. Impressive customer service!
