Dr. Jay is a great dentist. He is kind, he listens, and he's gentle. His office is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. I had a great experience with Dr. Jay.

I AM A FULLY INSURED, NEW, PATIENT. I WAS SEEN FOR MY WISDOM TEETH- AND WAS REFFERED OUT. MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER- CONTACTED DR. JAY ON MY BEHALF(and myself as well)- TO GET SOME SORT OF COMFORT FOR THE WISDOM TOOTH THAT WAS SWELLING MY FACE. HE RESPONDED BY POLICE THREATS AND WOULD NOT HELP ME- CONSIDERING and i quote: "MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER HAS A PAST WITH RCPD"? HE TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL- I FIND THIS DISTURBING AND DISGUSTING- YOU CALL YOURSELF A CARING PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. YOU DISREGUARDED ME AS A PATIENT, DUE TO SOME SORT OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST!!! MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER'S PAST HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SITUATION; WE or I(your insured patient) CONTACTED YOU ABOUT. SHAME ON YOU DR. JAY!! YOU ARE THE MOST UNCARING UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER I EVER DEALT WITH!!! THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT FULLY INSURED NEW PATIENTS??

Physicians should not allow a conflict of interest to influence medical judgment. In some cases, conflicts are hard to avoid, and doctors have a responsibility to avoid entering such situations. Hippocratic OATH?!

Dr. Jay Benusis- I was seen by this dentist. He was, so I thought, a very dependable and caring service professional. I got a referral for Wisdom teeth to be pulled. When my wisdom gave me great pain, my significant other; called upon him for care and assistance reguarding, me, THE PATIENT- He responded by threatening Police. And said he could not help me? Due to my significant's Past with the RCPD? He treated me like I was some kind of criminal!! He made a personal attack against me and my significant other. And I would never recommend doing business with someone who treats their; NEW, FULLY INSURED, PATIENTS with such disrespect and disreguard. My personal life has nothing to do with the full insurance and business I gave to his establishment. This is absolutely disgusting and disturbing!!! I am looking into my legal rights, to such disreguard and threats of a matter that was not relevant to the situation!!! SHAME ON YOU DR. JAY!!

Both Dr Jay and his dad are both wonderful dentists. My daughter suggested him and he is just great. 3 of my grand children had a bad experience with a previous dentist and they love to go and see them. I had no problem getting in as an emergency case. They are both very caring dentists and the staff is really great. Highly recommend !!!

This is a great dentist for the whole family to attend to! The staff is very friendly and kind. There is plenty of things to keep both kids and parents busy while waiting. The office rooms are very comfortable and warm. They don't feel like an industrial dentist office. I hope to make them my dentist for as long as I live in this area and if I have a family to bring them here as well.

My daughter who is a toddler had her first trip to the dentist the other day. The setup in the office is perfect. Toys and video games are there so your children won't get bored while they wait. We had a great experience with Kenneth Benusis. He was very gentle, kind, and made it fun for everyone. My daughter wasn't scared at all when it was time to get her teeth polished. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone with small children.
