Brians career as a trucker took him and his wife Kristina across the country where they experienced some of the best BBQ around. This fueled their passion and desire to have a joint of their own together. Today, Brian & Kristinas dream to provide the best BBQ has become a reality with the support of their five children. In May of 2014, Black Hills Barbecue was born and serves the BEST Barbeque in the Hills. Black Hills Barbeque strives to be the premiere BBQ joint in the Black Hills that provides excellent food, service, and family-friendly environment.
