The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about everything, and they were SOO patient with me picking out new frames. It took me a long time to decide, and they were helpful and honest. The selection is HUGE! I have been to a lot of the other places in town, and NO ONE HAS MORE FRAMES in stock.
I price matched at some of the retail chain stores, and Independent was a lot cheaper, and they really seemed to know what would work best for me.
They even put my old lenses in a new frame, and no one else in town will do that, and my glasses were ready in 1 day. Other places said it would be over a week, but Independent had mine done the next day.
I LOVED THIS OPTICAL SHOP! I will be taking all my prescriptions here from now on!
