Not impressed. We rented from KPM for a year to its date, before we bought our house. The owner would stalk us and show up unannounced just to bicker at things that were being taken care of. Then she would call KPM and tell them what we were doing like watering the lawn enough. (We brought it back to life) and that i was parked to close to the yard. Ect. SO I would get letter from KPM and get very upset. Because I felt like I had no privacy in my home. They backed off for the last 3 months. I then made sure to clean this house better then we moved in. They still charged us $40 extra for cleaning and $230 for carpet cleaning. Very sad. I will not recommend them to any one. not my favorite experience.

Terrible, Horrible, Lazy
Didn't fix anything in our house, took them 2 months to fix toilet, upon move out walk through she was optimistic and told me we'd get the majority back come to find out we won't. They don't care about tenants and treat them like a dollar sign. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! Save your time, energy, and MONEY and rent from someone else.

I had made an appointment to see 2 houses tomorrow. I looked for the listings to show my husband and they were gone! I called Kahler PM and the secretary told me they got security deposits yesterday. I got no call to let me know this. Were they going to let me know at all or just let me still see them? She really didn't give me any definite answers.

Awful!!! House I was renting for 2 years was sold. I was told I would have until the 4th to get my belongings out. They charged me rent for 4 days because I was not out on the 1st..total liars. Charged me 78 dollars to have every light bulb changed in the place...Total thieves!!!

this property management is the worst place you could ever rent from. they charge you so much and rent the place to you with so many damages and half fast fix stuff. they expect so much out of you when its time to move out but cant even do proper maintenance. they are rude to the tenants and are a rip off. what you pay for renting through them is not worth it one bit. if there was damages to property before you moved in they will blame it on you and keep your deposit. they are a money hungry rip off renters!
