My family member took her son here for some time. She had delta dental through her work and then they started receiving Medicaid so she cancelled delta She had told them of the changes and they said they would still accept the patent because they have been existing patients before. After dropping her delta dental in December she recieved notice to refund delta dental because they billed that insurance company anyways. Then they sent her a horrible letter calling her disrespectful in a visit in NOVEMBER and they would terminate her son as a patient. The visit that made them make a decision to terminate was in NOVEMBER. Mind you they still saw him months after that. The REAL reason they terminated was because they decided to not keep their promise in accepting Medicaid for her. They are the ones who are disrespectful. They should be ashamed of themselves as a dentistry. My family member doesnt have one mean bone in her body. We are thinking of taking legal action for the bill she was left with. Shame on them!

I went to Dr Reausaw's new office located in the Valley and I will never go back there again. I sat in the waiting area 15 minutes past my appointment time and the staff was nice when I first went back, then became short and annoyed when my appointment went past their hours. Reausaw then told me I had 3 cavities that urgently needed to be filled and wouldn't remove the bar in my mouth that was causing a lot of pain and discomfort. I was so shaken up by my experience that I set up an appointment with a different office (not ran by Reausaw) and they took new xrays and were unable to find any cavities based on their xrays or Reausaw's xrays. So, turns out I had no cavities, and the new office removed the bar for me and gave me a very comfortable retainer instead. I will never let Reausaw touch my teeth again; she almost drilled out 3 perfectly good teeth, and not to mention she overcharged my insurance company for what the services I received usually cost, sounds like a money grab to me.

Overall the service was very good. My 8 year old had a couple of fillings done and everything went smoothly. At the time of service we were told that our insurance covered 80%, however since we were up sold to white fillings they only covered 50%. My insurance company requested a bill correction, and sent them a check. After they cashed the insurance check they sent the bill to collections. I called the office and was asked how should they know if they were getting paid. Most health care providers deal hand in hand with the insurance companies, this one does not. In addition they never even tried calling when there was an issue. It's too bad that they can't get the billing piece right, because the service was great.

Dr. Reausaw is kind and knowledgeable with a very friendly staff. She did a wonderful job on a nasty tooth I had when we first went to see her. She worked with it for several visits and I no longer have pain in that tooth. She's kind and patient with our 3 children and we appreciate the wonderful job she and her staff does. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

When we moved to Rapid City I searched the phone book for a dentist and decided to give Dr. Reausaw a try. I was very satisfied with my first visit. The staff was very friendly and I didn't feel like I was 'just another number' or that they were trying to rush through my appointment. Dr. Reausaw is very personable and enthusiastic, unlike other dentists I've had who seem a bit detachted and aloof. So based on my first visit, I've continued seeing Dr. Reausaw for my dental needs and have not been disappointed. When it came time for my kids' check-ups (ages 6 & 4), I didn't feel that they needed to see pediatric dentist. My son (6) had to have both of his bottom front teeth pulled because his adult teeth were growing in behind them. It was painful and he cried, but a prize from the treasure chest made him feel better and he was not afraid to return for his next check-up. Dr. Reausaw was very patient with him and I appreciated the way she acknowledged his feelings. Recently, both of my kids have had cavities that needed fixing. My daughter (4) was actually excited to return to the dentist! The atmosphere in Dr. Reausaw's office is wonderful; my kids don't see it as a scary place. I highly recommend Dr. Reausaw!

We saw Dr. Reausaw for a couple of years; I felt she did a good job on my teeth and I had no problems. The staff also seems very attentive and polite. However, my kids' visits did not go as well. I warned the staff in advance that two of my children are autistic and they would just have a bad time no matter what. We made it through one check-up, but 6 months later at the next one they had a hard time again and Dr. Reausaw suggested I find a new dentist. Yes, they are difficult, but for 15 minutes twice a year I had hoped they could put up with us. I have a friend (whose child is not special needs, but he is very shy) who visited here and they were told the same thing- find a new dentist. So, if your kiddos are not model patients, you may want to look elsewhere.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Sara for some time now and she and the entire staff are absolutely THE BEST! I highly recommend her to anyone needing dental care.

I have had a great dentist before moving to Rapid City, which made my experience with Dr. Reausaw even more disappointing. I returned three times to get adjustments on a filling. The first time she admitted shock at the unevenness she had initially left. If having to get readjustments was the only problem it would not be so bad, but having a constant throbbing pain in my mouth after appointment one and until she finally fixed and finished the job was terrible. I went through a bottle of Tylenol extra strength and one of ibuprofen. Again not the worst part of the experience. No that came every time I talked to her about the pain I was in. She had an incredible dismissive and condescending attitude towards me. Nice enough staff, cute picture of her and her dog on the card?, but I definitely do not recommend.

The stars did not come out right!! Definately should be a 5 star dentist. Sorry for the accidental rating.

I've tried several dentist's offices since I moved to South Dakota, but Dr. Reausaw was the only one who made me feel like a person and not a client. She was patient (I'm a chicken), kind, understanding and the office is very personable and friendly. I appreciate the fact that she uses the latest in technological equipment for my safety. I'll never switch dentists again!!

Dr. Reausaw was able to schedule me in her office on the day of my call. I broke a tooth and need immediate assistance. I am from Lousiana and was far from my regular dentist. With Dr. Reausaw's compassion and expertise I was able to complete my trip in comfort.If I lived in Rapid City Dr Reausaw would be my new dentist.
