The building I moved in to was brand new. The ceiling caved in, they didn't do anything about it for a weeks. The small of mold and mildew was AWFUL. They finally put a dehumidifier in that room. Our electric bill was 127.00 they are not going to cover any of it. We paid for the month of April and they are trying to kick me out to fix the room. Said we could move to another unit but with how they treated us, I'm getting out. Wouldn't even ask my worst nightmare to move here. If you have a small problem they will fix it, if you have big problem don't hold your breath.

I would like to say these are good people. I feel as long as I was up front with them,we got a long very well. I can also compare ( Lewis, Kirkby & Hall ). NWE owned our building. The yard was kept well maintained. Always picked up,watered, trimmed. The inside of the building was always checked. Unlike L.K.& Hall. The elbow under my kitchen sink fell apart and I had standing water under my sink. I called right away, evidently It wasn't to important, ( Because, it took them 3 weeks to fix it.) I was unable to use my kitchen sink. It should have been sprayed for black mold. The water had set to long. I lived with N.W.E. for over 10 years, I have been in this same building. L.K. & Hall, bought our building in " 2013 " and I have had many problems since then.

Can you give zero stars? I would have for nwe. They are the most unprofessional company I have seen. I have rented from LKH, harmony heights, homestead gardens and all I can say is STAY AWAY. Their manager is unprofessional as is their desk clerk. Their unwillingness to work with their tennants proves they are all about money and not about providing a comfortable and friendly tennant-property management environment.
