I have been going to Petco for a few years now. I have a variety of animals with a variety of needs, including grooming. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The grooming salon is wonderful and they always take good care of my dogs and cat.

I called, to see about a semi short buzz on my long hair cat on her REAR END ONLY.. and they told me for starters it's a SET price of $47! For a small fluffy area.. Holy crap!! I won't even consider going there! Plus i've seen the cuts of dogs that come out of there!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! Looked like two year old went to town! Oh god, its so stinky back there!!!

I called this store to check on a brand of dog food, and they were so rude on the phone. I will not be going into this store. I would also recommend that they should spend more time teaching their customer service center that the customer is who pays the bills and they should be treated with respect.

Me and my family went here while on vacation and wanted to buy a travel cage for our hamster. When we went to purchase the cage we asked if we could have some sample bedding to put in the cage so he would be comfortable and they said no in a very snobby way. So when we wanted to purchase some bedding he sighed and told us to follow him to it. Overall it was not a very helpful place and we will no longer be going there.
