Online glitches happen, I get that, but I expect management to have a decent attitude and work things out. Customer Service from management at this Pizza Hut is TERRIBLE!

I have never written a review ...

I have never written a review about a local business before, but there have been consistent issues with this business.

I have ordered from the St. Patrick Street location more times than I can remember in the last three years living on this side of town, but after tonight, I am done. I have given them more than enough chances for the benefit of the doubt. The customer service is horrible: the phone employees are rude and treat you like an inconvenience, I rarely receive a warm, properly cooked, or even correct order! In a particular instance when I returned a wrong order, I was sternly told that I did not order what I said I did. Then, when they realized they mixed up my order with another, I didn't so much as get an apology. However, the delivery drivers have been courteous and friendly upon arriving to my house. I will drive to the next closest pizza establishment before ordering from the St. Pat location.
