I was without an entire bathroom for a little over three weeks because of this guy! "I'll be there in an hour" always turned into four or five hours, or him not showing up at all. I submitted a claim with the BBB against him. Living in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home and not having a bathroom for over three weeks was a nightmare! I called another company and they had the work done in a jif! He never answers his phone. He replaced our water heater and left the old one in the laundry room on its side for a week so it leaked all over! When I asked him if he'd come dispose of it his response was "well don't you have a pickup you can throw it in?" UNBELIEVABLE! Will never use this business again!

I called to have them come and fix a simple leak...I was told he would be out at or around 4...that has come and passed I have called numerous times and it goes straight to a voicemail that is full... Now it is to late for me to call another plumber and I'm stuck with no water!!!

I had Dave install a natural gas hot water heater. He gave me a fair price, had excellent service, and was on time. Dave and his employee were very helpful, courteous, and clean. They exceeded my expectations before, during, and after the job. I would recommend them to friends and family and will use them again on other services that I may need.

First let me say...I don't know who dave is....I called him for service, I told the guy who answered the phone I had a toilet leak. He gave me a good price, and I asked him to come fix the problem. I then asked when he could make it out to fix the toilet, he told me in the afternoon, I asked around 2pm then? He said yep, no problem. I waited til almost 5pm, and I called him to ask if he was still coming out, he told me he was finishing another job and he would be right out. So 7pm rolls by I call him and no one answers the phone and no one is here to fix my toilet. So let me say he might do good work when he decides to show up to your house, I didn't even get a call back saying he couldn't make it. I was blown off. The only reason I called this guy was because of the rating he received from yellow book. I wonder what would happen if I was late on a payment to him. Thanks dave.

Had Plumber Dave do a remodel for me and the work was exceptional!!!! He was on time, friendly, and the price was drastically less than what the other plumbers quoted me. Will definatly call on him again when it comes to any plumbing!

Arrived in time. Very professional. Quality job! No up sell. Pleasure to do business with!

Arrived exactly when promised. Repaired the leak in minutes. No mess, No Upsell. Highly recommend! Kids thought he was fun.

I've hired plumber Dave several times over the past few years and have never received anything but polite prompt respectful treatment and quality work for a fair price. No way do I believe the previous review at face value. There is more to this story. I wholeheartedly recommend Plumber Dave without reservation.

I hired Dave Rohrer to winterize an empty mobile home in Box Elder. I lived out of state and sent the payment when he said he had done the work. This was approximately October 2006. When I sold the house in March, the new tenants had the water turned on and the PVC type pipes were shredded from water having frozen in them. Dave made it sound like his method would do the trick, and he said he has winterized places before. I don't think he even went out there to do the work because the damage was so obvious. I hired a long time contractor in Box Elder to put in new pipes, and that person wrote a letter to the judge stating what he found. When my suit was considered by the judge I received everything I asked for, almost $1,000. Plummer Dave is unpleasant to work with when an issue arises, and he is hostile to the law. Because he has not paid on the judgment, I have contacted the court and Pennington County Sheriff, and Dave will pay what the legal system has ordered.
