we bought an 2005 Dodge 3500 truck from this dealer; with 131,000 miles on it. Didn't even have it 3 days. Drove it home, changed the oil and air filter and then drove towards Murdo from Dupree and had to have it towed to Rapid City only to find out the the motor is shot. I can't afford to borrow money to replace the motor. I want him to buy it back or pay for half the cost of the replacement motor. I would like this dealer Rusty Engesser to step up to the plate and be a reputable dealer and treat this customer fairly. Had I read these bad reviews before I would not have bought the pick-up. I will let my finance company know of his poor dealings and they can let the other business know how he does business. I am contacting a state senator to get them to replace the LEMON LAW on used Vehicles so dealers like this can't stay in business. I think a one is too high a rating for people like this, but there is not way to give a half a point.

Rusty sold us a lemon, did not disclose what was wrong with the truck at time of sale. Found out later from other past customers this is common practice from the man. DO NOT TRUST!

HORRIBLE! THEY DONT CARE! Worst mistake i have made in a long time. The truck broke down and left me stranded within 100 miles after purchase. I was told they replaced the ignition system. If they replaced the ignition system they would have known the electrical system was hacked up by someone who had no idea what they were doing. i recently had surgery and was unable to do any kind of work on it. i have spent over $800 on various repairs. I still cant drive it. I now have another $400 part that must be replaced to fix the mexhanical issues. Either rusty replaced the ignition and didnt tell me about the wiring. Or, they just take vehicles in, and do nothing but put a bigger pricetag on for resale. Also, trucks ashtray was full of cigarette butts. i have called them twice now and talked to rusty himself. first conversation i was told to check the fuel filter. The second convention i explained how much money i was spending and all the problems i am having and the response was "ok".
