I have shopped here a few times. I have been fairly pleased with each of my visits. One time in particular I found myself crawling on the floor looking for a missing boot to a pair that was being sold at a wonderful price, was in great condition and was my size but someone had seemingly made off with the left boot! My first visit after that I didn't pay for or receive one of the items I set on the counter to purchase and when I realized this I went back only to find that someone else had already scooped it up. (Possible: employee poached my bargain!?) DESPITE these experiences I have found The Salvation Army to be one of the better thrift stores in the area so far. The prices are better than others. I have found some trendy, like new, brand name, and even NWT items for as little as 1.99+tax. (I don't buy the specialty clothing/shoes as I think any more than $5 and you might as well buy new) Along with the great prices I also like this store because they out a monthly calendar showing what daily deals they offer each month including student day, military day and senior day along with a handful of half off days and discounts every Monday when you bring in a donation.
