The commercials are driving me crazy! I was in an auto accident in 2004 in which I was rear-ended on I-90 by a young man going 65-70 mph. I experienced neck & shoulder burning. I was seeing physicians approx. 2-4x a month for years trying to get a clear diagnosis and relief from chronic pain. Nothing seemed to help. After a year, I saw Rex Haag and didn't receive a settlement offer until 2008. I was pretty much told that since my injuries weren't visible that I couldn't expect a better outcome by going to court. I was tired of the battle, lack of support & settled for far less than my medical bills and losses from having to sell a house and quit my job. I am now on disability & my condition has deteriorated even further. I feel I was sold out and that even though my injuries are spinal, and therefore not immediately known, that they were shrugged off and my life has taken a dramatic downturn since the accident. Not happy with their firm and feel their commercial misrepresents their actions in my case. Look for another firm.

I was in a car accident- hit by a 4th offense drug addict. There was very little communication or advice from my lawyer. I felt the entire time like my lawyer was working for the insurance company. Very little was done to help my case and half the time they had the wrong name on the paperwork!! I walked away with around 8,000 when I should have gotten at least 50,000. My own lawyer said I was unreasonable and wouldn't fight for me in the least even though I've had to do physical therapy and STILL have back problems. I only talked to the actual lawyer 2 times in the 1.5yrs of my case. I do not recommend this firm at all- go with them only if you want to lose or walk away with nothing.
