Sold me $5,000 extended warranty for what was claimed to be "at cost." When attempting to use said warranty at the dealer the warranty company informed me that my car was not eligible due to the specific features on my car. Warranty company sent refund check to CAG. CAG would not refund entire amount of warranty, only the portion they paid to the warranty company. CAG cut me a check for $3600 instead of the full $5000, saying that's all they had to return. Now I have to fight with the credit card company and at worst, file a lawsuit to get back my $1400.
