I am a frequent shopper at the Family Dollar in Ravena normally I'm pleased great customer service, store is kept pretty clean and neat. I had noticed a few new hires at the store and I have to point out one that is not only rude and not at all helpful. While cashing one day she was at the register eating a bag of chips. She was handling my items and not only getting food on them there was her saliva as well.I cancel my order and left. I stopped there about a month later while in the line to cash out the same employee was having a inappropriate conversation with the person she was ringing out. I am not one for making complaints however this behavior in the future will definitely effect people from wanting to shop at this store. It's not the kind of behavior a small town will tolerate. This girls name tag read Taija,again I don't make a habit of complaining about people but this needs to be addressed. Thank you
