Garlic crabs are good but NOT worth the disrespectful customer service by the owners and employees of this restaurant. The employees do not greet you, it takes forever to get your food, and the employees are not professional nor pleasant. For the price of the food you expect great customer service however this is not the case with this restaurant. Don't waste your time especially if you are visiting Charleston at this restaurant; Ravenel Seafood doesn't appreciate their customers and have taken their recent success for granted. I will not support this business until they decide to make customer service a priority.

Apparently the Garlic Crabs are served cold now and it doesn't taste as good.**
I will NOT be returning to this restaurant point blank period.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE OWNER JULIUS AND HIS WIFE PEGGY ARE SO RUDE, THEY WILL SEE YOU WALK IN AND WONT SAY HELLO OR ANYTHING! AND THIS HAS HAPPENEDSEVERAL TIMES!! THE WAIT TIME ON ANYTHING IS RIDICULOUS !!!! THE ONLY REASON I BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS IS BECAUSE OF THE GARLIC CRABS THAT THEY HAVE! FRIED THEY HAVE ARE NASTY, FRESH SEAFOOD THEY HAVE IS ALWAYS SMELLY AND OLD! WHEN YOU CALL AND COMPLAIN ABOUT IT JULIUS THE OWNER ALWAYS SAYS THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT IT!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!
