I currently reside in one of the parks that AAA homes owns. I have been called a liar...by both management and Sherri in the office at AAA homes. I am a respiratory therapist by trade and have never had my character so shamed by anyone. I would prefer they ask the pics who their good tenants are. I have also been accused by management that I sell drugs and have people ru.king in and out of my house... Where do they get their info. I am a disabled woman with both back problems and pulmonary fibrosis. This is such an UNethical group of people!

Make sure that everything that you agree to is in writting!!! Make sure that when you move into the home everything is in good working order. Including the outside central air unit. They put used units on both new and used homes so make sure in writing that yours was surviced the spring you buy the home and get it in writting! Beware that there are alot of rules for the lot you will be in that you have to sign but they do not keep up there end of the rules so you will be asking for the lot manager and AAA homes to do there job and maintain the rules of the park!! Be careful with everything you agree to!! COVER YOUR RIGHTS these people do dirty buisness!
