I USED TO BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER,BUT NOT ANYMORE .they never want to replace or exchange anything even with a reciept,they just want you to buy everything !!! i will be telling everyone how crappy they run their business !!! DON'T SHOP AT CHEAP TOBACCO RAVENNA OHIO !!!

Fullydazed, you were quite obviously in a daze during this particular venture. The 21.99 bag would have been cigarette tobacco, which is class J, now taxed to this level. What you refer to as the same exact bag, would have bee labeled as pipe tobacco, which is a dual purpose product, fit for before you cigarette making (class L- hasn't seen the extreme tax hike as of yet). Get your facts straight before you go trashing a business.

I went to cheap tobacco on main street in ravenna for a 6 oz bag of gambler tobacco. It was priced $21.99. I left with just the filters and drove down the street to circle k where i purchased the same exact bag of tobacco for $7.99. Why is cheap tobacco charging almost triple what a circle k gas station is charging? Is cheap tobacco aloud to call themselves cheap tobacco when thier tobacco is not cheap? Is that false advertising? U be the judge...
