We asked for a trim and the owner did what she wanted and ruined the look of our dog for six weeks. She shaved him down. We even brought in pictures. Do not take your dogs to this person

VERY rude owner. Treats customers like they know absolutely nothing about animals. Owner had a very stuck up attitude and does unprofessional work. This place was FILTHY inside too. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. YOU'LL WISH YOU DIDN'T!

If your dog is not perfectly behaved, do not take him or her to this shop. She groomed my dog several months ago, and now refuses to work with him again for unexplained reasons. Her attitude is extremely rude and unprofessional.
