It is my opinion that they need to retire and close the business. We moved here and this was where my new insurance suggested to go and unknown to us this business needs to close. The staff of older men are very rude. I will not recommend going here to anyone. Warning!!! go somewhere else! Should have read the reviews before we went.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This business told me it would be 10 days after my exam that I would receive a call to pick up my glasses. Which by the way when I was picking out my glasses the employee told me that the ones I picked out did not look good on me, and I should choose a different style. I gave it three weeks before I called and they said that they "had no control over when welfare people got their glasses" because I have Caresource. Finally after over a month of waiting I received a call. I went in the next day to pick up my glasses and they were crooked and a completely different prescription. The employee told me to "take my complaints up with my insurance".

This business doesn't even deserve a star! Very unprofessional and rude. Absolutely no customer service. The office manager is extremely ignorant. He treats the customers and staff awful. Please save your time and money and go else where!
