Never again

I bought a 2002 chevy, I was told that it had been gone through and everything looked fine,,1200 miles and $3300 later I got the truck back on the road after . TOTAL rip OFF I would not go back to ever again. Sales manager told me that they would take care of me but after mentioning the $3300 it was like I never new them, they will tell you what you want to hear but after the sale you are trash...

dallin dodge//best in the west !!

broke down when our new exhaust that had just been installed in Michigan just before we left. They had not used the proper clamps that connect exhayst to TURBO charger. Being a friday they were unable to get the proper parts until Monday. They gave us a ride to a local motel. About an hour after they called asking if we would be ok with them removing parts from a truck they had in inventory (new) so as to get us up and going. Of course we were very happy with this-----after all was said and done they only chged us 126.00 ! wish i lived near them, these kind of business's are far and few between

I want to take a moment to recognize two employees who made a great impact in my day, Gary Earl and Tom Morstad.On December 2, 2009 I stopped in Rawlins Wyoming to sleep for 3 hours during my 1400 mile drive. It had snowed throughout the night and was -4 degrees when I began again at 0630am. When I got 7 miles out of town my car began to overheat. I believed the antifreeze mix was wrong and the radiator was frozen. I worked on it for over 3 hours and was able to get back to town and to your garage. I came in asking for some advice and help.Mr. Earl was able to have his mechanic Mr. Morstad pull it in and take a look at it. Mr. Morstad listened patiently as I told him step by step what I had been through. He worked on it for over an hour to make sure it was safe for me to drive. I was very relieved it didn’t turn out to be anything major and they sent me on my way.The thing that was most important to me was that they both showed compassion and generosity to me as a distres
