Durham Services in Kansas City Missouri is just as bad! Rude drivers and staff, excessive tardiness and lack of communication is commonplace. The driver being late has caused my son to miss breakfast several times. There are not enough monitors. My kindergartener came home telling me cuss words from the older kids that sounded like a TooShort Record. I wish they would seperate the children by age.

Yesterday the bus was over 35 minutes late when I finally flagged down one of the other bus drivers and asked to contact the barn for an update. Dispatch said to look for 3 other bus numbers, none of which was the one on the postcard I recieved in the mail. When I called to ask what the heck was going on, she said "Ma'am" abut 10 times then said they have 350 kids and too many kids and the routes are too long so they had to change the route. Wouldn't you think they would have ran the test route BEFORE assigning the students and sending out bad info? How about the fact that they still couldnt tell me which bus was supposed to pick my son up or where it was? Terrible experience makes me afraid for my son's safety. Especially due to the hateful way I was treated, how can any parent expose their children to that?

THIS BUSINESS DESERVES 0 STARS FOR THEIR SERVICES!!! They forget to pick up kids, leave them at the school and are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE!!! SUPERVISOR TOLD ME HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS SH*T! when I called about them leaving my son for the second time this morning. Yesterday one of the bus drivers FORGOT 2 children from the school and after running their bus route, went and picked them up and they got home around 5pm at home!!!!! If you can't depend on PUBLIC SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION, REALLY???????????? THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!!!!!!
