Shawna Russo, founding member of SJR Dental Claims Specialists, is a local dental insurance claims consultant with 25+ years of experience in helping doctors get paid for outstanding insurance claims. Even with great office personnel, the world of dental insurance billing is constantly changing and even seemingly minor mistakes will result in a denial of a claim being paid. You did the work; let me help you get paid. My rate is $25/hour. I work on a project basis and can train your staff to file all claims properly, including Medicaid, so you can quickly be paid. Alternatively, I can file the backlogged claims for you and get those receivables rolling in. I am also available to fill in when you have staff vacancies to assure that your practice continues to run smoothly. As you know, there is a lot happening in the front office: insurance verification, accounts payable and receivable, appointment scheduling, discussion of treatment plans, etc. My career in the dental industry began with assisting and I have experience in all facets of practice management. New clients are the backbone of my business and I look forward to discussing how I can help you with your insurance billing and revenue and/or temporary administrative needs.
