This place sucks. They lied to me the entire time, and ganged up on me when I defended myself. They insulted my hair, and basically tried to brainwash me into coming every month. They made up multiple excuses when I pointed out their lies, and I won't be coming back.



They fed me all kinds of BS about how they went to beauty school and know better than me, but I know all about hair, what it's made of, how split ends happen, and when I'm due for a haircut. They went as far to say that flat ironing doesn't cause damage.



They tried to prove to me that they had only taken an inch off by pointing at a curl on the floor, but when I picked it up and straightened it, it was clearly longer. They were horrible. Please do not go to these people.
