JPay ~ This is one of the crookedest companies in the state of Florida and Missouri, and I'm sure any other state they operate from. I only gave them a 1 star so it didn't accidentally give them more than that. When family sends a Money Order Certified mail to this company, they LIE and state that they didn't receive it for almost 2 weeks after they actually do receive it (Re: USPS Certified mail receipt). This CEO is the biggest crook you will ever meet. He steals from the poor. Can you imagine the interest he makes from the Money Orders that are hidden in HIS bank account when $millions of dollars are sent daily by thousands of Inmates (in 21 States of the USA) monies are held for up to 3 weeks before they release that money to the Inmates. This hurts the poor families that have to scrape up the money to send their family member in Jail or Prison. This company aka RYAN SHAPIRO, CEO; is robbing from the poor to get rich. Lives in a multi - million dollar mansion in Miami Beach. He's from NYC but cannot get a license in that state, so his main offices are supposedly out of the state of Maryland. I will get more info on this SCUM BAG company. They are in conflict of interest withholding M.O.'s to FORCE parents to send money via JPAY/his crooked company charging $12.95 to send money to inmates over a 2 day period. CROOKS.
