My mother was there for 5 days. We had 3 pages of complaints. A few members of the care team are very good but 75% of them are lazy and don't want to be there. If they aren't out smoking, they are playing around, especially at night and on weekends. There seems to be no real supervision. In the five days my mother was there, no one ever cleaned her room. The floor in the bathroom was filthy. The dining room at meal time is chaotic and getting someone to help you back to your room is next to impossible so they leave you sit by yourself in the dining room. The allow smoking outside the front entrance so every time you enter the building you are forced to inhale cigarette smoke. The alarm on the front door is a joke at night and on weekends. Even the employees don't bother to put in the code and set it off only to hit the button on the other side. If a patient was trying to get out, it wouldn't be a problem since no one covers the front desk at night and on weekends.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. My grandmother was admitted to Westridge Gardens, we had to move her out of there within 3 days of arriving. The staff is poor and liars, my grandmother fell and they argued with us and said she didn't we took her to emergency and she was all bruised up. Westridge Gardens tried to cover it up cause she could not have helped herself up.



The did not feed my grandmother who could not feed herself because she shook and her food ended up all on her so she would go to bed hungry. When asked to change her clothes they said they would withing 1/2hour came back the next day she was still in the rob i left her in.



This place is getting reported to the state. If you love your love ones do not send them to Westridge Gardens.

I had my father-in-law here. The compassion, dedication, and professionalism that the staff at Westridge provided gave him a sense of security, trust, and dignity. Not only was the care incredible, but the facility was very, very, clean and updated. Westridge is homelike.
