Aluminum Alloys specializes in difficult, high-volume and physically large metal castings. Operating as three facilities within one, the company s small parts, weighing five to 30 pounds, are molded on fully automatic mold-making machines. Parts from 30-75 pounds are produced on rotolifts, while larger parts are floor molded and poured utilizing single-pour tilt ladles. Aluminum Alloys performs in-house machining for all casting sizes, using more than 50 machines for milling, turning, drilling and conventional machine work. These machines, which include more than 25 networked machining centers, can handle parts from three pounds to more than one ton in quantities from one to tens of thousands. Aluminum Alloys is headquartered in Sinking Spring, Pa.
