I've used this service 3 times now & I couldn't be happier with them. The cars are clean & not cramped plus the drivers have all been super nice. I had been using a different service because they have an app but after being late to work twice because the car never showed up I needed to use a different service.

I know Todd he drives cab 30

He is a full drug addict. Please be carefull ..and he lives in his cab cause all his money goes to drugs.

They have the worst customer service and rude drivers I have ever seen in my life. Do not use this company

Driver Paul was anot absolute gentleman. He told us some interesting stories about Reading as we were driving. He arrived exactly when he said he was going to, and made us feel safe. Would def recommend.

Driver,Paul, was kind, courteous and open to travel suggestions. I am so thankful that I got this driver. He was a pleasure to drive with even if it was only a few blocks! I will recommend to others!

Never again an I using this company ! They have rude and crazy drivers ! I don't recommend this taxi company to anyone !!!!

I don't recommend this company. It has made me late for work even if I called an hour in advanced. Late most of the times and I have encountered a lot of drivers that wanted to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of routes in the city just to charge me more. Never again will I use this company.

First time user of this company.



Called just after midnight Saturday night/Sunday morning to book a cab for 9.30 am in the morning to work 5 minutes away at 10am. Got a recorded message in English and then Spanish saying they were too busy to take a call and to call back later. Called back and booked the cab for 9.30am. Gave the address, phone number etc.



9.35 am no cab. I called and was told cab number 70 was about 2 minutes away.



9.46 am call again. Lady apologizes and says she will call me back.



9.52 am receive a call from apologetic lady at the company advising me they have reassigned another cab and it will be with me in a few seconds.



9.54 am a cab arrives. It was clean and the driver was friendly, courteous etc.



I'll let you make your decision based on this.

Showed up quick. Got me to my destination in a quiet clean ride. Very comfortable ride. Not dirty vinyl seats, clean cloth seats.

Best cab service in Berks. Clean nice cabs, dependable service.

That's my rating nothing this company was really good until this morning I will not call anymore
