I opened my account at this branch in December 2007, and have had nothing but problems with them. It isn't just this branch, it's all of them. They forgot to post my check 2 times.(Shillington & 5th St Branches) It's a good thing that I go on-line all the time to check my account. Then after I deposit my payroll check they make the funds available for credit card purchases only, but if you use your card and have an outstanding check that comes through, even though you had the money in there to cover the check, they will charge your account a $37.00 unavailable funds fee.(Not the same as non-sufficient funds, so they say)



They keep trying to tell me that it doesn't cover post dated checks, but I had the money in there to cover my outstanding check, but when I used my card they subtracted the money that I already had in there first, which gave me a negative balance on my account.



They know that people will do this, so this is how they get your hard earned money. But, they will credit back the $37.00 one time and only one time!



I haven't closed my account yet, but I'm going to soon.



Don't use this bank, because you will regret it!!!
