The company s civil/environmental group plans and designs municipal and private water and wastewater systems and overseas environmental issues. Entech s facility condition audit group surveys current buildings and systems, identifies significant deficiencies and recommends corrective measures. The company headquarters is in Reading, Pa., in the historic American House located on Penn Square. It has satellite offices in Pottsville and Mountaintop, Pa.
